What's in a name

Today in math we got into groupsand my group was Keah, Harmony and me. We had to work up there secret codes for there names. I found it challenging to work out there codes for there code for there names. I found it easy to know what to do. Jim code was 1 9 4 and Jan code was 115.  Here is my working.
