Yellow Understanding Different Perspectives Zones of Regulation

Today in inquiry we are doing zones of Regulation the zone we are doing is yellow in zones.  We learnt about how others feel, think and what they could say when I am in a certain zone. I found it hard to think of something to write. I found it easy to understand it and how they could feel when they are in a certain zone.
